Western Riding Lessons

Lessons are given in western riding discipline, ranging from basic equitation, riding safety, obstacle and trail challenge style, advancement in western discipline.

Group Lessons $40 per person

Private Lessons $60 per person

Semi-Private Lessons $50 per person

Packages are available for spring, summer, fall, and winter weekly group sessions.

Western Dressage Lessons

Western Dressage is a great way to build your relationship with your equine partner through the art of dressage and accomplished as a Western Discipline. If you would like to learn more about this discipline and have help being coached into different local Western Dressage shows as well! Sign up for private, group, or clinics! Horse Camp for Kids

Horse Camp for Kids! Don't miss out on the great days of summer with the animals. Kids will get to experience life on the farm with horse care, horsemanship, horse craft, riding lesson, horsemanship skills, games, painting on horses and of course ending the day in the sprinklers!

Day on the Farm Field Trips

Windy Way Horses is a certified Horse Discovery Center through the State of Maryland!

We enjoy hosting field trips on the farm for schools, day care facilities and homeschool groups!

During these trips, participants get to experience a "Day on the Farm," where they learn all about the different animals found at Windy Way, we have lots of them!! Horses, cows, sheep, alpacas, rabbits, a donkey and honey bees!! Participants will have the opportunity to interact with each animal, being able to feed, groom and pet them.

Take home packets are provided to all participants. Field trip events usually are 1-1.5hrs long and is $10 per participant.

Obstacle Course Training and Rental

Use of the obstacle course to school your horse, or work on your own horsemanship is $25 per person

Schedule a lesson to help work on your horsemanship and training $60 private lesson, $40 group rate.
Obstacles include: Elevated bridge, teeter-totter, water canal, water moguls, dirt hill, log obstacles, platform, different tire obstacles, other temporary obstacles (tarp, etc.) Possible use of cows when permitted.

Horsemanship Clinics and Camps

We provide clinics and camps all year round to teach youth and adults the importance of good horsemanship and its ability to change the relationship between owner and equine partner, giving each the proper tools to communicate effectively with one another to establish a relationship built on trust.

Clinics and camps vary in price: $60-$100 each participant.

Equine Sports Massage Therapy

The art of muscle massage to equine patients to be able to perform pain free in every discipline. It is a wonderful way to make sure your horse is performing at their peak, as well as eliminating any complications in behavior or attitude due from muscle soreness and pain. Annie Trice is certified ESMT.

Evaluation: $25; Full Body and Evaluation: $65; Farm call varies
